Stress & Anxiety
About Me & My work
My counseling approach is integrative in which I draw from various counseling modalities to suit each unique client. I work with individuals, couples, groups and families. However, my passion is working with women’s issues.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern in the State of Texas, and have a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am supervised by Dr. Rosalind Smith, Ph.D., LPC-S, LCDC.
I have experience working with diverse populations in a variety of treatment settings including outpatient clinics, school-based, private practice, and inpatient to name a few. If you find yourself needing support with emotional struggles, anxious thoughts, self-discovery/worth, or are unsure of where to start. Feel free to reach out to see if we are a good fit.

What are my options if I have difficulty paying your session fees?
I don’t want cost to be a barrier for you getting services.
Some people qualify for sliding scale fees under certain circumstances. If you’d like more information about sliding scale, you can indicate that when you contact me using the form below.
What are your office hours?
All sessions are by appointment only.
I offer evening and weekend appointments.
Clients have access to online scheduling 24/7 through the client portal.
Do you work with children or teens?
Yes, while my main focus is working with adults, I do also work with children and teens.
I am not a Registered Play Therapist.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, I offer online sessions for ages 18+, and can work with you in that capacity as long as you are residing in the state of Texas.
I do not offer online sessions for anyone under the age of 18 unless they are a regular in-office client and there are circumstances (surgery, weather, etc.) that keep them from getting into the office that day.
Do you offer faith-based counseling?
Yes, I am a Christian counselor.
Do you work with couples?
I work mainly with individuals.
If you’re currently in couples’ counseling, I am available to coordinate your treatment with that counselor in order to create a team approach to helping your relationship thrive.
This service is provided at no additional cost to you.
How do I get started?
The first step to working with me is to reach out so we can talk.
Since the relationship between a therapist and a client is part of the healing process, it’s important to make sure we are a good fit.
