Office Safety Precautions in Effect During the Pandemic

Our office is taking the following precautions to protect our clients and help slow the spread of the coronavirus

• Office visitors are encouraged to maintain safe distancing in waiting and common areas.
• Staff have masks available for use should a client request that their counselor wear one during session.
• Our staff maintains distancing when and where able.
• Restroom soap dispensers are maintained and everyone is encouraged to wash their hands.
• Hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol is available in the therapy/testing rooms and the waiting room.
• Credit cards and payment methods are processed through the client portal to limit physical contact with the card or pens.
• Physical contact is not permitted.
• Tissues and trash bins are easily accessed. Trash is disposed of on a frequent basis.
• Common areas are disinfected regularly.
