About Me & My work

When new phases in life get messy and scary, they can also be filled with self-doubt. Whether the transitions are by choice or not, anxiety can sometimes put a roadblock in the courage it takes to move forward with any of those next moves. What is standing in your way? How do you figure out what to do next? Here is the place to explore those questions and move forward when you might be stuck.

When you get overwhelmed, things happen. Whether it is snapping at loved ones or ruminating over what happened yesterday or the day before, it can create a negative cycle that makes everything hurt. Is it fear, guilt, self-blame, shame, or disappointment? What would allow you to let some of that burden go? Trying to find balance through so many hurdles can be tricky. Self-understanding can be a painful process. Sometimes to get through that, therapy can help, and helping with things like that is what I do.
